Personal Data Protection

Daramis management s.r.o., Jankovcova 14/1595, 170 00 Praha 7, incorporated with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 79631, agrees to protect the personal data and privacy of the users of its services in compliance with Act No 101/2000 on Personal Data Protection, as amended. Following the effective date of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (“the GDPR”), i.e. after 25 May 2018, the company agrees to protect personal data in compliance with the GDPR. 

The purpose of personal data collection concerns either purchase or other relevant agreements already concluded between Clients, as the buyers, and us, as the sellers, or dealings directed towards such a conclusion. The client’s explicit consent is not required for data processing for this purpose. The processing of such data is necessary for the performance of contracts. Equally importantly, an implicit purpose of data processing is also the improvement of our services and timely responses to your requests and requirements.

Daramis processes clients’ personal data, on the basis of their voluntary consent, for the following purposes:

a)    The creation and management of a client database;

b)    The registration and keeping of a user account on the Client Section electronic portal;

c)    The contacting of clients for the purpose of satisfaction monitoring;

d)    The distribution of commercial communications.

The primary purpose of the processing of these data is to have a possibility to provide you with as much information as possible about matters in which you are really interested.
Where the law on personal data protection categorically requires consent to personal data processing we always explicitly request such consent, i.e., Clients are notified of this fact in advance and have an opportunity to decide whether or not they will voluntarily give their consent.
For the purpose of concluding and performing a contract with the client we process all the data that the client has disclosed or will disclose in connection with a concluded contract or a contract being concluded and that pertain to the subject matter of the contract. These include, without limitation, the following data: the client’s first name and surname, Birth ID Number/date of birth, address of permanent or other residence, telephone number, e-mail address; if applicable, the name and registered office of the sole proprietorship and its registered number; and furthermore, the necessary identifying features of the real estate in question (designation, layout, number of rooms, floor number, the square area, etc.).

For the purpose of distributing commercial communications and contacting clients for the purpose of satisfaction monitoring, only the most necessary data are processed such as, without limitation, the first name and surname, the address of residence, the e-mail address and the telephone number.
Clients’ personal data are obtained primarily from the clients themselves as part of our actual dealings with them, or when they express their interest in such dealings on the Daramis website or on project websites, or in connection with their registering on the Client Section electronic portal. 

We process clients’ personal data both manually and also by automated means using appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data.

Only our selected employees who need such access for performing their work tasks have access to the personal data collected and stored. These employees have the contractual obligation of confidentiality in respect of information obtained in connection with personal data processing.

Personal data may also be processed using the support and information systems of third parties under the conditions laid down in the law on personal data protection, and law in general, provided that this takes place mainly in respect of marketing and information support. The relationships with third parties so established are always covered by contracts so that the principles of personal data treatment are not breached. In addition, we select our trade partners carefully.
The personal data of the clients who, as the buyers, have concluded with us, as the sellers, a purchase agreement on real estate will further be provided, to the necessary extent, to the relevant facility manager for further processing for the purposes of discharging the obligations under the facility management agreement.

Daramis controls and stores personal data only for the period that is necessary for meeting the above purposes, i.e. for the term of the contract and subsequently for five years from the end thereof, or for a period of five years if no contract is concluded.

Please take note of the fact that under the GDPR, you have the right:

• to request from us information on your personal data that we are processing,
• to request from us explanations regarding personal data processing,

Cookies

Cookies on this website are used in a manner that does not disrupt the privacy of the service users. They are used, for example, for the purposes of measurement and research to determine the type and volume of interaction with the website. Cookies can also be used as part of direct marketing targeted at firms or marketing based on user lists, or for remarketing. Users can be selected for marketing purposes using systems of third parties (such as Google) on the basis of user lists. Marketing based on user lists uses lists created with the help of user cookies used on this website. The advertising policy followed in marketing based on user lists also includes the Interest-Based Advertising Policy of Google Inc., the most current version of which is available from http://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/bin/answer.py?hl=fi&answer=143465.
